USER ELIGIBILITY

Age Requirements

Users must be at least 13 years of age to use Limbo
Users between 13-18 years of age must have parental consent
Users under 13 are prohibited from using the Service

General Eligibility

Users must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Users must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
Users in jurisdictions where video calling is prohibited may not use the Service

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Inability to make or receive calls
Application crashes or malfunctions

Indirect Damages

Emotional distress or personal harm
Reputation damage
Consequential or incidental damages
Punitive damages

Third-Party Actions

Actions or behavior of other users
Content shared by other users
Third-party service interruptions
Hacking or security breaches by third parties
Misuse of the Service by other users

Maximum Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Limbo'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO ANY USER SHALL NOT EXCEED ZERO DOLLARS ($0), AS THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE.
